Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

General Questions

All payments are made on the beach on the day of your flight. We do not accept prepayments. If weather conditions force the pilots to cancel flights for safety reasons, we will contact you to reschedule your flight as soon as possible.

Our seaplanes are two-seaters, with one seat reserved for the pilot and one for the passenger. This means only one person can fly at a time in each plane. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate multiple passengers in the same plane.

Yes, all our flights from 15 to 80 minutes include a visit to the breathtaking underwater waterfall. It’s a highlight of the experience and something not to be missed!

Yes, children are welcome to fly as long as they are at least 1 meter tall. Please note that they will fly alone with the pilot, as only one passenger is allowed per plane.

For safety reasons, the maximum weight limit for passengers is 100 kilograms. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate passengers above this limit.

• Single Flight: One passenger flies at a time, with flights scheduled one after the other.

• Duo Flight: Two passengers fly in separate planes, side by side in formation. While not in the same plane, passengers stay in contact throughout, making this a unique and unforgettable shared experience. You can find out more about our DUO Flights on our DUO flight page.

You will receive confirmation of your reservation once it is processed. We will be in contact to organize your flight and ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

We kindly ask clients not to make multiple bookings for the same period, as this blocks other clients from securing a potential slot. As part of our policy, we reserve the right to cancel all reservations if multiple bookings are made. Rest assured, we will work with you to confirm your flight and find a suitable time.

Green Journey

with environmental considerations in mind. From utilizing advanced technology to reduce noise and emissions to implementing safety measures to prevent oil spills, seaplane operators can adopt practices that minimize their environmental impact.

Seaplanes, based at sea, limit the presence of traditional boats and vessels in sensitive areas, reducing the risk of habitat disruption. Additionally, restricted access to the takeoff area helps protect marine life and ecosystems.

Seaplanes equipped with advanced technologies, such as composite rotor systems, can significantly reduce noise emissions. While some noise is associated with takeoff and landing, operators can implement measures to minimize disturbances.

Seaplane operators can employ spill response kits and adhere to rigorous maintenance practices to avoid oil leakage. Pilot training programs and proactive measures, such as selecting suitable aircraft materials, also minimize the risk of oil-related incidents.

Seaplanes are subject to regulatory oversight by aviation authorities such as the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA). Regular inspections, audits, and adherence to safety protocols are essential to ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Depending on operational practices, seaplanes can be part of a green transportation strategy. Operators can invest in modern, fuel-efficient aircraft, explore alternative fuels, and adopt best practices to minimize their carbon footprint.

Seaplanes undergo daily inspections, and pilots receive regular training to handle emergency scenarios. The design features of seaplanes, such as the ability to glide to a safety zone in case of an issue during takeoff or landing, contribute to safety protocols.

By limiting access to sensitive areas and reducing disturbances caused by boats, seaplanes can contribute to a more balanced use of waterways. Additionally, seaplane operations can include proactive efforts such as beach cleanup initiatives to maintain cleanliness.

Yes, operators can actively research and invest in alternative technologies, such as electric or hybrid propulsion systems, to make seaplanes more eco-friendly. Ongoing advancements in aviation technology continue to provide opportunities for more sustainable options.

Many seaplane operators engage in community outreach, education, and environmental protection initiatives. This can include beach cleanup programs, partnerships with local conservation organizations, and adherence to responsible tourism practices to benefit communities and the environment.
